June 08, 2008 The numbers in every column on the pump climb, showing no signs of bumping into a ceiling. Frustration and anger take root as my mind swirls over the reasons why. Soon gas companies will report record profits while the average person adjusts lifestyles in order to avoid feeding the machine. |
