The need to reuse and recycle has become overwhelming.

People are looking at their planet in a new way; turning it over, seaching for the expiration date.

The street fair is full of insight into small ways each person can help preserve the ground we walk on. As always, creativity creeps into the scene and finds purpose in the most unexpected way.

Where I Stand is an ongoing photo essay examining the different places I spend my life standing. Too often we take for granted the everyday places we spend our lives walking on. The ground we tread on has its own stories to tell.

A new photo is posted every Sunday on my blog.
