Spring is audible at every turn. Even the plants pushing themselves through the tired ground breathe new sounds into the world. The earth sighs with relief as the temperature warms and light becomes abundant.

The ground is soon to be drenched in color and life, blooming and growning and stetching itself as far as the eye can see.

Where I Stand is an ongoing photo essay examining the different places I spend my life standing. Too often we take for granted the everyday places we spend our lives walking on. The ground we tread on has its own stories to tell.

A new photo is posted every Sunday on my blog.
