Walk
Artist statement: The Susan G. Komen For the Cure foundation believes "we can change the world by walking." Each year a 3-Day, 60-mile walk is conducted in several cities with the goal of raising money for the cure and prevention of Breast Cancer. At each closing ceremony, a huge check is presented to a medical research center or community outreach group for the fight against breast cancer. So yes, we can change the world by walking! |
