Artist statement: This quilt is dedicated to the many groups, both large and small, devoted to the preservation of our natural environment. They include groups such as The Nature Conservancy, Audubon Society, Sierra Club, Cousteau Society, Greenpeace, Wilderness Society and the Bluebonnet Swamp of Baton Rouge, LA. They may not all agree on how to save the natural world, but they all agree that it is well worth saving.
