My home is my body. It was my home when I first drew breath and it will be my home as my last breath leaves me. Having been a yoga practioner, a yoga teacher and a scuba diver for many years, I've learned to be most comfortable in my own body, finding solace and protection in the quiet within and in my constant companion, the flow of my breath. I surrounded the picture with five different yoga asana stitched in variegated skin tone thread to show the growth and change my body/home goes through with every passing season.
