EARLY BIRD INCENTIVES

In order to help keep you motivated, we have Early Bird Incentives. These are tiny pieces of fiber art that are given out to the first ten people from whom I receive quilts.

This year's EB Incentives have been created by
Virginia Spiegel. They are fabric postcards featuring the theme of the exhibit, With One Voice (shown above).

If you are one of the Early Birds, your postcard will be included with your quilt when it is returned. (Postcards are assigned to those who qualify by random drawing.)

PLEASE, while these are very beautiful treats, don't rush your work in order to receive one. There are plenty of goodies to go around! So take your time and do your best work!

EXHIBIT FAVORITE PRIZE PACKAGE

Each year, a quilt is chosen as the Exhibit Favorite. (Click here to view the 2007 Exhibit Favorite by Joan Potter Thomas.)

The Exhibit Favoirte is chosen simply by what moves the judge choosing for that year. The Exhibit Favorite for 2008 will be chosen by Lynn Krawczyk.

The Exhibit Favorite for 2008 will be the lucky recipient of the following prizes:

• Hand dyed fabric from Carol Larson

• $20 gift certificate from Embellishment Village

• Participation in the 2009 Fiberart for a Cause Invitational Reverse Auction. As a special addition to this year's exhibit, the artist chosen as the Exhibit Favorite will also be given the exceptional honor of being one of the artists in the Fiberart for a Cause Invitational Reverse Auction for 2009. (If you are chosen as the Exhibit Favorite but don't wish to participate in the Invitational Reverse Auction, you will be given to the opportunity to opt out of it.)
